Features and Benefits
The ETCL Primary Gyratory Crusher utilises a spherical bearing instead of a spider bush design, which results in extended life of components, improved machine availability and reduced OPEX. This also allows more eccentric movement in the upper region of crushing chamber for crushing large rocks.
The wear liners of the ETCL Primary Gyratory Crushers can be grooved (depending on application). This improves nipping ability, resulting in an improved product PSD with fewer fines generated and improved product shape. Additional benefits are energy savings of up to 25% and improved liner utilisation.
The interface between the mantle and the main shaft of the ETCL Primary Gyratory Crushers is a threaded collar, shrunk-fit onto the main shaft. There is thus no screw thread on the shaft itself which can raise stress in the shaft.
The ETCL Primary Gyratory Crushers utilises a spiral bevel gear for more efficient power transfer and lower noise levels during operation.
The ETCL Primary Gyratory Crushers concave liner design is such that only one row of concave liners can be changed at a time, resulting in improved safety during installation and removal.
