Jaw Crushers

The ETCL jaw crusher frame assembly is a welded structure to withstand the large forces due to crushing. The advantage of a welded frame compared to a bolted type frame is that it allows for easy on-site assembly/installation.

Features and Benefits

The ETCL jaw crusher utilises a rotatable jaw plate, which results in higher utilisation of the wear liner and thus lowering operating cost.

The ETCL jaw crusher has a smaller than average nip angle, which results in the effective nipping and crushing of material in presence of moisture.

The ETCL jaw crusher has a hydraulically assisted gap setting system, which assists in easy gap setting adjustment. The crusher can also be supplied with a fully automatic setting system.
